Cloudy yellow color with peach tinges. Aroma of fresh peaches and sweet candy. Taste is cool and sweet with both fresh artificial flavors. Mouth feel is smooth and cooling and finish is clean with just a touch of peach finish

Hill Country Peach has a medium, white head, a copper-gold, bubbly appearance, with a descending cloud, following the "swish & pour". No lacing. Aroma is of strong peaches, and the flavor is of that, with white wheat bread and a good deal of tap water. Medium mouthfeel. Crisp, blah finish.

22 oz bomber pours a lightly hazed gold color with a modest cap of white head. Retention ok, lacing poor.

Ever had Big Peach soda? yeah, thats about what this one smells like. Maybe a little less sweet...no real malt aromas unfortunately.

Taste backs off the sweetness enough and the peach flavor tastes a bit more natural. A little snappiness from the wheat helps keep it clean. Its ok I suppose, gets a little borish as the peach flavor is all it really has going on and that doesnt interest throughout the whole 22 oz. Worth a try for $3, but I couldnt see myself buying another.

Hazy peach-amber with a loud head that dies instantly, leaving a liquid that looks like fruit juice.

Smell is very peach forward, and frankly a lot better than that the taste, which becomes watery and bitterly vegetal.

This is a sweet tasting summer beer. The peaches really come through in the nose and on the tongue. I think this is one of Shiner's better seasonals and I wish they sold it in its own six pack.

From the first smell, it has a "fake" peach smell. The flavor of this beer is almost like fake peach flavor was added to an existing wheat beer. Really poor attempt at a fruit beer.

Appearance: Light chill haze makes it a little murky. No head retention makes it looks a little drab.

Aroma: All those peaches can't be real, there is just too much aroma, I have to think it is getting some additive backing. Smells pretty good though, just a hint of artificial something. The peach nectar overpowers any real beer flavors.

Taste: Peach juice. A little hint of wheat grit underneath it all, but this is all fruit flavors and no real beer flavor.

Mouthfeel: Thin body, low carbonation, syrupy kind of finish.

Overall. A malternative. Frankly it should be marketed that way as I was kind of hoping for a beer. As it stands, this isn't hard to drink, super peachy, little sweet for my tastes.

Appearance:
Light amber-gold, cloudy. Full of fine bubbles rising up. Thick creamy head.

Aroma:
Lots of fresh peaches, sweet bready malts, some hint of pepper and tartness.

Taste/Finish/Body:
Fresh peaches. Sweet bready malts, just a touch of honey. Finish is slight tartness, crisp. Medium bodied, some creaminess, smooth, refreshing.

Overall:
Very good fruit/wheat style beer.

Nice summer beer that reminds you of their Christmas Cheer! Poured from a bomber into a tulip glass. Decent but short lived head with light lacing. The smell is quite peachy but clean. Nice refreshing wheat taste with peach that is not too overwhelming. I would recommend it!
