Bought a single 11.2oz bottle $4.99 Fujioka's
No bottle date
Smell of malt, grains
Golden color
Medium-light mouthfeel
Medium-high carbonation
Tastes of malt, light bitterness finish, a hint of sake
Overall it is well made, but was expecting more of a sake taste based on the description so marked it down for that.

330ml bottle - Super H Mart in Doraville, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a near clear, yellow-hued body with an almost creamyish, finely-textured, white head.
Smell: It has a funny sort of sourish graininess with a sprinkling of table sugar and unappealing metallic, umami notes.
Taste: Regrettable, though not unsurprising, the aroma does follow through in the flavor. Tangy acidity, a hint of off lemon with the same sourish grain flavor, taste of metal and slight savory accent.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Skip. It served as a reminder to myself why not to purchase beers with no discernible date coding.

Look: One finger white head, dark orange body.
Smell: See below.
Taste: Starchy rice, mild grains, a strange kind of sourness. Maybe it's too old?
Feel: Medium-light body, medium carbonation. Moderate hop bitterness.

Wanted to have more of a sake and rice aroma as advertised, but neither is that noticeable. Pretty solid but average ale.
