Thanks to rudzud
Pours a decent foamy dark creamy head forced pour, light lacing fades fairly quickly, pitch black long legs.
Nose weird spices, allspice, ginger, cinnamon, herbal weird buttery thing, perhaps diacetyl, cumin and curry, little minty chocolate thing, little caramel char, it's all over the place.
Taste brings more cocoa dark chocolate, creamy milk chocolate, little anise and mint, more spices finger cinnamon anise, little cumin, bitter spices and herbal hops, little sour milk, little roasty, little booze warmth. Finish sticky little more booze warmth, lingering spices, cocoa, roasty etc.
Mouth is heavier bod, little creamy, boozy, decent carb.
Overall eh, spices weren't very good, and other strange characters.

Shared with JLindros. 2013 vintage bottle 240/432.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a dark brown nearly black with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light thin wisps and a light halo.
S - Aromas of chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, little anise, allspice.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Lots of Indian spices, ginger, cinnamon, allspice. Maybe a little mint too. Almost yogurt like taste. Decent chocolate.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, alcohol hidden well.
O - Overall this beer was rather unique. Loads of ginger and cinnamon.

Wow. Spice bomb with a little chocolate. Not much noticeable roasted malt or coffee flavor here. Tons of ginger and cinnamon. Very.,very sweet. Tons of sugar. If it were toned down a bit, it would be excellent. The stout really gets drowned out. Could use a little more heat from the peppers too. It is what I would describe as an unbalanced Xocaveza. It would be a good holiday beer.

22 oz. bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Black, but not inky. Big khaki head.
Smell - Very spicy. Cinnamon. Anise. Someone told me cardamom, but I don't get it. A little bit chocolatey.
Taste - Falls off here. More chocolate, but it's still very spicy. A little nutty. Bitter in the finish.
Mouthfeel - High carbonation. Too bitter.
Overall - I'd like more stout. Too heavily spiced.

Bottle 256/432 of the 2013 batch.
A: Pours pitch black with a tall, dense and very dark brown head. Head fades slowly with top notch retention. Moderate but thick slices of lacing.
S: Hmph, spicy. Not exactly sure what it is. Some kind of hot pepper and cinnamon? Maybe even ginger (or is it cardamom?). Decent amount of bittersweet chocolate and roasted malt character.
T: Heavy on the spices up front. Cinnamon again with a good amount of heat. Maybe chili pepper or perhaps even curry? Again with the ginger/cardamom following. Fairly heavy charry roasted malt with lots of chocolate throughout. Lingering cinnamon and chocolate in the aftertaste. Overall it sorta reminds me of a mexican hot chocolate.
M: Heavy, thick and viscous. Smooth too.
O: Interesting heavily spiced stout. It reminds me sorta of Indra Kunindra or Bombay Berserker. Indian-centric spices I would say. Pretty strong but not too overpowering. Very heavy and potent brew with strong flavors. Surprisingly smooth bodied with no real booziness though.
