650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Deep golden. Clear body. Doesn't pour with a head. Extremely thin collar.
Smell - Apples. Acidic smelling. Musty and very oaky.
Taste - Very sour. Oaky and musty. Apples. Some grainy malt.
Mouthfeel - Medium low carbonation. Very sour.
Overall - Simple but tasty. Pushing too sour.
