From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This fridge lurker pours a chill hazed
amber with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin
clumping layer, and shows some nice light lacing. Nose of coffee,
caramel, light cream, and subtle breaded notes. Flavors follow but
are so well presented with caramel, cream, soft grains, light
breaded malts, and mellow cold press coffee. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, medium light carbonation that is nicely effervescent,
and a lightly dry finish.
Overall ,a solid little brew
Cheers

A - Pours a hazy dark orange body, white head. Thin cap, lots of lacing, small bubble and sticky.
S - A malt hit, a coffee note, and a subtle grassy hop.
T - Solid coffee flavor over the soft malt core, vanilla highlights, and a slight bitterness in the finish.
M - Brisk carbonation, fairly light body, spiky, quick finish.
O - I am not a huge blonde beer fan, and prefer my coffee notes with stronger roasted malts a la porter or stout. That said, this is a tasty and solid experience.

Straight up beer cold coffee with a 1/4 inch of foam that even surprisingly sticks around for quite a bit! Sweet with vanilla in the lactose mild coffee and very easy to quaff back. I could see why the reviews are so high I can't think of a better blonde ale especially a coffee one that has this level of balance without any sour or dry grainy body. Pick you up some!

Aroma is coffee, malts, mild lactose and nutty. The flavor is coffee, malts, mild fruit, a hint of lactose and a big acidic/slightly sour/hint of spicy finish.

A golden ale with lactose and coffee. Nice coffee aroma with good mouthfeel for a golden (thanks lactose). Taste features coffee with hints of vanilla and a nice mild bitter finish. Modest ABV makes this a good afternoon drinker. Hugh,y enjoyable.

12 ounce can, canned on 09-02-20 stamped on the bottom of the can. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear dark gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like coffee, along with some cream and grainy malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma to me. Coffee flavor is the strongest, followed by the grainy malt. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy enough to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought it was a good overall coffee blonde ale, certainly worth picking up if you're into coffee beers!

I got a 6pck of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had vanilla latte notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with coffee cream presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a brilliant beer.

They've dialed this in as of late, to where I'm deleting my 2016 review and making a whole new one.
The color is hazy burnt gold with a frothy persistent white blanket on top.
It's rounder and softer, featuring earthier, almost chocolatey coffee. This pairs well with unobtrusively complementary bready, barely toasty malt. The finish is cleanly semi-dry and fulfilling.

I was surprised how much the blonde holds it's own. I have had plenty of cream ales that I felt couldn't support the coffee profile, and figured this beer would stuggle even more as a base, but it really shines through. The coffee aroma is stronger than the flavor, which is just a nice compliment. Light toasted grains. Semi sweet. Coffee beans pull a hit and run. A crisp clean finish with no bitterness or lingering roast in the aftertaste. More grainy. Very nice.

Pours a nice golden color. Aroma is roasted coffee bordering on espresso but not quite as bitter. Flavor is roasted coffee with a smooth semi creamy mouthfeel. Creamy like a cream ale not a milk stout. Has a soft smooth easily drinkable mouthfeel and overall a very delicious beer. I'm not a big fan of this style but this is one of the best.

On tap at Jackie O's
Pours a deep golden color with a small foamy white head. Smells of herbal coffee and toasted grains. Taste is a showcase of fresh coffee, without the dark roasted malt, typically with most coffee beers. It gives it a lighter flavor. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium-low carbonation, leading to a foamy finish. An interesting beer that will be a hit with any coffee drinker
