2016 bottle.
This one pours a cloudy dark yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells slightly oxidized, with that sort of cheap wine stale character I usuallly get from stuff that's oxidized. There's also lemon, and pineapple.
This isn't bad per se, but it should have been drank a few years ago for sure. It ends kind of flat and stale, with a touch of old cardboard. There's also oak and vague fruitiness.
This is light bodied, crisp, but the taste falls off a cliff on the back end.
I imagine this was much better in 2016 or 2017. It wasn't bad by any means, but it's certainly past its prime.

A slightly hazed golden brew with a solid lacing job from the head.
Aroma was very nice and wild, a little hay, a bit of funk.
Sour in the taste with just a touch of hay and yeast produced lemon notes. Could easily be confused with a Berliner Weiss but sour saison works as well.
Light bodied and quenching, with wild yeast doing a nice job of rounding it out.
Overall, this is a good tart beer from Jackie O's. Certainly worth the try.

Cloudy amber yellow with a little film on the surface.
Aromas of sour orange, then lemon, with a little brett-like funk bringing some brighter than usual barnyard hay.
Sour level is sweet tart, with similar flavor, including lemon, and an almost salty, gose quality.
A bubbly, dancing on the tongue mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy pale yellow, small foamy white head. Earthy farmhouse aroma, a bit of funk, dried hay. Taste is tart up front followed by some spicy yeast, earth, dried hay. Bone dry toasted finish. Medium light body and carbonation foamy mouthfeel
