Light yellow with a moderate, white foamy head.
Crisp, crackery malt and bright tropical fruits. Sort of like a step between White Rajah and All for One, a touch lighter.
Crisp and moderately dry, well balanced between bitterness and sweetness.

On tap at Jackie O’s. Served in a sampler glass. Pours a nice golden color. The nose brings a great whiff of tropical and citrus hops. Very aromatic. Flavor is very smooth with plenty of hoppy fruit flavors coming through. Bitterness is very much in check, making this a very, very drinkable brew, and a perfect one for summer.

Growler to tulip. $11 for the fill at the pub. Described as an IPA with restrained bitterness and much of the hop flavor and aromatics derived from late additions.
Sampled 30JUL12, filled less than two days before.
[A] Pours with a finger and a half of off white head - compact and creamy foamy in texture. Retention is average but the body is a beautiful shade of sun struck orange - very radiant. Intermittent dots and thick, droopy globs of lace line the glass.
[S] Summer fruits and citrus, mainly peaches and candied orange peel. Hop character is intense and vibrant.
[T] Very faint crystal or caramel provides a light layer of sweetness to compliment the already low level of bitterness.
[M] A gentle prickle on the tongue from front to mid palate with a stronger bite resonating on the tail end. The body is light to medium light. Texture is smooth, maybe a touch thin but is not out of line given the low-ish ABV. The growler might have also had a negative impact as I seem to remember more vibrancy from the draft serving.
[O] I'm shocked to see that this is the first review as it is a wonderful brew. I'd gladly drink this beer any day of the week.
