This is pretty much black raspberry Dynamo Hum. 3 ½ year old Dynamo barrels conditioned on a pound per gallon of black raspberries. A higher concentration of fruit makes for one of the most fruit forward beers we have ever produced. Its purple!

2018 Vintage
Pours a deep, dark purple body with a finger of rosé-hued cap; head fades fairly quickly, leaving a frothy, steadily receding collar and no lacing.
Aroma is strong with raspberries and a backing red grape tone from the start; simultaneous touches of oak and lacto funk in the middle bring an intriguing marriage of fruity tart and sweet earthy tones which allow a fresh acidity to ultimately permeate the bouquet.
Taste profile opens with black raspberry and dark fruit seeds, transitioning to oaky sweetness and red grape must along the mid-palate; lacto funk and vinous grape add a roundedness to the back end and on the swallow.
Mouthfeel shows a rounded, bright medium body upfront as it hits the tongue, with moderate carbonation spread and slightly tingly along the mid-palate; an encroaching acidity builds at a moderate pace until a blunt, dry close; assertively tart, but just shy of outright aggression.
Fruit-forward with vinous wine grape accents and lacto funk intensity, this wild ale delivers comprehensively and in waves, also challenging the palate with its progressive acidity. There's great depth to explore in this one; I've never been one to enjoy beers too heavily fruit-forward, but one of this caliber welcomes me to the fold and compels me to dig a little deeper.

Really enjoying this black raspberry take on Dynamo Hum, but not quite as good as the original, I think. Dry, moderately acidic, and a pleasing balance of fruit and oak presence.

Hazy dark purple color with a bit of pinkish foam. Aroma has wood barrel, red wine, fruity notes, a bit of fermentation character and raspberry seeds. Taste is sour and fruity, a bit acetic with some almond notes on the finish. Medium body and carbonation, really dry feel. Overall it's quite complex with nice flavors.

Appearance: Pours the color of grape juice with a modest mauve head that flames out quickly; a few legs but little in the way of lace
Smell: Tart blackberry and oak tones; quite vinous
Taste: While there are some sweet blackberry and grape tones from the outset, the sweetness quickly gives way to a very sour, acetic character that is the backbone of this beer; oaky, with the blackberry fruit prominent, after the swallow; the finish is notably dry
Mouthfeel: Medium body with very low carbonation
Overall: Despite the carbonation issues, this is a very powerful beer for those who don't like timidity in their fruited sours; not for beginners, that's for sure
Thanks, Stefko, for the opportunity

Wine colored body with dark fruit hue. Wonderful aroma of oak and berries. The taste is fresh raspberries. A bit sour and tart with lemon and vinegar. A wonderful presence of oak throughout. The mouth feel is light with good carbonation. A nice balance of sweet and acidity.
