40% Imperial Chomolungma aged in bourbon barrels
20% Woodburner aged in special selection bourbon barrel from 101BK
20% Skipping Stone aged in bourbon barrels
20% Oil of Aphrodite aged in bourbon barrels

Look - black syrup with slight head and skimming
Smell - toasted caramel honey woody
Taste - woody slight caramel honey but not as sweet as I expected. Slight prune taste with some walnuts. Very slight taste, needs more taste!
Feel - full body and light carb

This bottle was purchased at the brewpub and stored in a fridge. The nose is sour, metallic, woody. The taste is pruney with a bourbon burn. Lacking are the delicate, elegant flavors of honey and walnuts I was expecting. This must be another JO's BA adjunct infection issue raising its ugly head. Probably was delicious on tap.
