I got a 4pck of this beer from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a hazy orangish with frothy white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank citrus and floral hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with stone fruit peel spice and bright citrus highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

12 FL. OZ. can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours yellowish orange and is turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves decent lacing.

The aroma is tropical fruit and melon. I also get hints of grapefruit and pine.

It is kind of sweet upfront. I get melon and tropical fruit. There is grapefruit and pine in the finish, but it is not very bitter at all.

Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel

I just find this beer a bit too sweet upfront. The finish is great with the grapefruit and pine. I just haven't loved any of Jackie O's hazy IPAs yet. I still prefer them for their barrel aging program.

Finally, a fucking beer! Let's drink it!

L: Hazy. Golden. Lightly carbonated.

S: Lovely. Tropical juiciness bursts forth.

T: Piney. Resinous. Moderately bitter (70 IBU?). I'm having no difficulties whatsoever drinking this beer.

F: Big and sticky, with a residual. So much flavor that 9% ABV doesn't seem excessive. (It is)

O: The guys at Jacki-Os understand IPA. We want hops. MORE hops. REAL hops. Invest now.

I just had a New England style IPA a couple hours ago but this is so much better in comparison, that I have to rate this brew amongst the all time best. I will adjust my numbers based on my other tastings. Needless to say, I thought this brew was what the style should be.

It pours very cloudy with nice lacing. Yellow. Very pretty. The aroma is a delicious drink-me hops and malt smell that is in no way funky. Appetizing and near perfect.

The taste is a hoppy and malty blend that is just bitter enough to balance the big malts. It is all delivered in a refreshing drink that is tasty even very cold. A sublime burp.

Highly recommended. I need to seek out more.

Look - hazy whitish yellow color with a big lasting sticky white foamy head
Smell - Great tangerine, pineapple and coconut scents. Very Juicy smelling
Taste - a lot like the scents. Not as powerful as the scent but still really flavorable and not bitter.
Feel - Medium full body with a medium slightly creamy carbonation
Ovearll - This is a really fantastic NE IIPA!!!

Canned on 4/6/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy and cloudy yellowish golden; fluffy eggshell white head that fades leaving nice retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have a blend of tropical and citrus fruits. Some fresh bread and crackers. Malts are there. The flavors basically follow the nose. Some pineapple, peach and apricot along with some orange and lemon. Some fresh grass. Moderate to low bitterness. There's a sweetness to this one, but it's nothing crazy. Malts do their thing. Finishes juicy. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed for the most part. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's very fluffy, smooth and dangerously drinkable.

This is a nice "New England IPA". Solid hop aromas and flavors. It basically has everything that you'd look for in the style. I like it. Well done.
