Look - great black thick slight rimming
Smell - boozy bourbon slight nut cocoa vanilla
Taste - great blend of cocoa hazelnut vanilla slight sweet
Feel - pretty full body and creamy
Overall - incredible

12.7 oz bottle, vintage 2021, poured into a snifter at 55 degrees F:
L - very dark with a hazelnut head that lingered around the edges of the glass
S - cocoa, bourbon, vanilla, hazelnut
T - wonderful blend of flavors, honey, bourbon, cocoa, nuts, vanilla come through
F - thick mouthfeel with minimal carbonation
O - excellent beer, very sweet with the honey and bourbon, but also has a nice nutty flavor and malt comes through on the finish

Thanks yet again to fiver29 for this 375ML bottle.
The pour is dark black with little visible life in it. The nose is loopy vanilla, honeyed sweetness, & bourbon. That ain’t a bad combo right there.
Tank Drank 2021 is onion-level layered. On top there is a giant hit of vanilla, thick lactose &, of course, freely flowing bourbon. All three of these things could be sensed by someone with an advanced case of ageusia. Underneath it gentle nuttiness, sweetness that I could not identify as honey. Something about the kitchen sink of ingredients doesn’t quite mesh right. The smaller bottle was the right call.
The rare Jackie O’s bottle that doesn’t make me sit up straight & immediately wish for another. Still a good solid brew.
