Had this on-tap at Jackie O's 4th Anniversary Extravaganza. Poured into a tulip glass. Let this sit for a while before consuming. Cuvee de Jackie is a blend of 3 barrels that contained the same beer but with a different brett strain in each barrel.

A- Pours a clear, glowing amber/orange. Produced two fingers width of white head. Some lacing left behind.

S- Very gueze-like. Think wet horse blanket and brett meets sour lemon wedges. Distinct mustiness gives off nice funk. Just a pleasure to smell over and over again.

T- Lemons along with green apple skins give off a controlled sourness that almost wants to make the mouth pucker, but falls just short. Midway through the brett and oak are very distinguishable and produce a welcoming barnyard, hay flavor. The finish is a nice combination of brett and sour funk.

M- Well carbonated, light bodied. Finishes a little on the dry side.

D- Given that this wasn't overly sour, this was very drinkable. Made sure to have a couple of these over my weekend in Athens.

Overall, this was one of my favorite sour beers at the Extravaganza. Could have used a little more sourness, but the flavors were well integrated and gave off tremendous flavor and aroma.
