Bottle 269 of 525; Batch 14
Appearance: Pours a hazy burnt orange color; the modest head turns rocky though it leaves some splashy lace
Smell: Wheat bread and orange zest, as well as some funk and clementine
Taste: Clementine and wheat bread, up front, with the Brett and bittering hops taking over the mid-palate; funky and bitter through the finish, though the Clementine flavor lingers in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A very interesting combination here, with the orange, the Brett, the wheat and the hops; glad to finally get the opportunity to try this having sought it out for several years; good things come to those who wait and I think this recipe has been tweaked and perfected
Thanks, dson08, for the opportunity

Right out of the bottle, this one seemed like the Brett and the clementines didn't blend. But as it warmed a bit, the two meshed almost perfectly, creating a lovely brew.

Great beer in concept. A but lacking in Brett and the clementimes and hops come across as a bit too bitter and overwhelm the funk. Would enjoying more if it had some more citrus sweetness or juiciness. Has the potential to really develop nicely over time

This is a phenomenal beer. Very multidimensional. Nicely hopped with a great funk. Nice oak characteristics. Vastly underrated by BA users IMO. Beautiful bright orange color, great nose, sweet nose, very citrus forward. Taste is fantastic. Had at the release. I think it is better already and should continue to evolve. Get it if u can trade for it.
