Notes: Big and rich Imperial Stout brewed with loads of Ohio wildflower honey and conditioned on Ugandan cacao nibs and Brazil nuts. Smooth, sweet notes of dark chocolate and nutty caramel.

32 ounce crowler, filled 1/18/22. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like honey, dark chocolate, Brazil nuts, roasted malt and cacao. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some caramel, dark bread, burnt/charred malt and earthy flavors. Nice balance between all the flavors, no one flavor seems to overpower the others. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's slick and a bit rich with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good imperial stout, worth trying if you get the chance to!
