Having this on-tap. Serves in a pint glass this beer draws a clear, medium golden color with a white head that's about an inch thick when first served. Settles to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass with decent lacing. Has aromas of some bready malts, lemon grass, peppercorn, and a bit of a musty barnyard funk. The taste is pretty much the same with bready malts, lemongrass and barnyard funk with just a hint of slightly sour must. Has some peppercorn spice bites and some earthy hop bitterness. The flavors really balance out nicely as the beer sits and warms a bit. Has a somewhat oily, smooth, slightly crisp mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has clean finish. A nice take on the style.

Look: Soft pale yellow in color with an airy fluffy white head on top.
Smell: Hoppy for a saison with some belgian yeast notes and lemongrass.
Taste: A grassy, earthy, very fresh tasting saison paired with a lashing of spice and lemony hop flavor.
Feel: Light, crisp, and refreshing. Exactly what I would want a saison to have in body, texture, and crispness.
Overall: Great summer beer. I'd love to have it again!

Pale milky yellow with a soft, eggshell head that persists as a little blanket forever.
Dank, fresh green, peppery hops are abundant on the nose. Hops co-mingle with yeast well enough where you can't tell one from the other.
Peppery yeast and fresh hops also come through in taste, with creamy apple and a touch of lime.
A super soft and drinkable brew.

Enjoyed this brew on tap at Jackie O’s brewpub in Athens Ohio out of a pint glass.
A: Pours a clear-golden hue with a thin white head that quickly dissipates into a wispy lace.
S: Slightly hoppy Belgian yeast aroma.
T: Similar to the smell there are Belgian yeast notes with some bitter hop flavors.
M: Medium body and medium carbonation.
O: Good Belgian brew – worthy of a try.
