Had this on tap at The Keg in Montreal. Pours hazy golden color with about a one finger head. Wheat, yeast, citrus, coriander aromas and flavour. No 'peppery' or spice kick as we taste with other similar beers. Light and limited carbonation and low to no bitterness Good enough with a steak,

Yellow whitey hazy color with a thick head with good retention and leaving scattered laces.
Light aroma with notes of banana, pineapple, cloves, wheaty bread and yeast.
Predominant yeasty and citrusy flavor of pineapples, quite vivid. Notes of apples, oranges, and very mild on spices, on the very low range for a Wit.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
If you are expecting a full Wit you may be disappointed, but if you are happy with a refreshing wheat beer you will be fine in sessioning this.

good brew at a cool place. the pour is really hazy pale pale yellow, almost white really, with a big snowy white head. traditionally a summer style, this was quite nice on a wintery day up in montreal. the nose is really tart, almost like a lambic really, with a ton of lemon juice and zest, as well as a spunky yeast that adds a lot of depth. the flavor is equally citrusy, tart and crisp, and there is a lot of doughy yeast leftover, which makes the beer a little more heavy and dense than id like in summertime, but its fine in winter. it has an almost mouthwatering property to the taste, that leaves me needing another sip as soon as i swallow, the mark of a tasty brew. feel is a tad heavier from the sediment, but the carbonation is good and the acidic lemony feel makes it lighten up. nothing groundbreaking here, but a well made and sessionable wit. abv listed on the menu at 4.7%, so its an easy all day drink.

Poured a hazy medium straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a light estery yeast and a medley of spice, including coriander.
The taste consisted of mild coriander and white pepper with some esters and a slight lemon zing. A doughy malt soon followed.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.
Overall a subtle and tasty wit with a robust grain bill.

A-Hazy golden hue w/rich white head, decent retention, and nice lacing.
S-Belgian yeast, strong spice, coriander, sulfur, orange rind, faint fresh apricot, clove, and banana.
T-Smooth wheat, malt, and spice w/light fruit midway. Finish is liberal dose of bitter hops w/hint of sweet sulfur.
M-Light-bodied w/moderate prickly carbonation.
D-Light and pleasant, but on spicy side w/sulfur. I enjoyed it, and would consider it sessionable w/a bit less spice.

Cloudy with a light gold color; Very minimal head with no lace left on the glass.
Sour smell with some light wheat in the background.
The wheat is light given the style. Short aftertaste. The body is solid and appropriate. Overall, this is a light wheat offering .
