Had on tap at Bierkraft in Brooklyn, NY. Poured into a Kasteel belgian glass.
A: Super cool translucent golden color. Even cooler because it gives you the perception of being flat, but it's not.
S: Some clove, Belgian yeast, and a lemon zest.
T: Semi-dry, slightly acidic, and a touch tart. I get some fruitiness too - dull pears and peaches in the background.
M: Dry and finely carbonated.
D: The only thing that may get to some people is the tannic aspect.
Overall, a great changeup from what I'm used to drinking (both style-wise and brand-wise).

The beer pours a hazy gold color with a thick frothy white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is amazing. It has a Saison-like scent that boasts of pale malts and earthy, fruity aromas. There is Pinot Grigio grape juice in this which adds a winey/tart fruit aroma to it. The taste is good. It has a tart, almost sour flavor that boasts of pale malts,Saison yeast, and grape juice. It's like a Saison with loads of character. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium bodied beer with good carbonation. This is a very interesting beer. It's like a Saison/wine hybrid. Anyway, it's quite tastey.

I shared this 750ml bottle with octopus87 @ the brewery in Pearl River. Poured chilled into a tulip.
A - The appearance is like golden apple juice w/ brilliant clarity and a head that rises to about 2 inches and is fluffy with a fine bead
S - The aroma is mildly sour, yet a fruity pineapple scent's sweet element w/ subtle kumquat type intense sweet/sour mix pervades the nose
M - Mild feel w/ a dry malty texture and fruit tanginess, the carbonation is subtle but complements the yeast texture
T - A crisp malt flavor with light sourness up front from the yeast. The taste is sweet , but mild tang comes with the malty middle. The flavor is slight fruity w/ a light brett edge
D - A very tasty ale w/ good drinkable qualities, the sour taste offsets the flavors of tropical fruit from the yeast in a good way. I could see this as an everday quaffer regardless of the strength, very drinkable Belgian
