Pours a dark amber with thick head.
Smell is crisp and fruity with notes of pine, citrus and caramel with hints of tea and tobacco.
Taste is fruity with a slight earthiness. Notes of citrus, caramel, pine, wood and tea. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very good IPA, would be better without the earthiness.

The colour is brown (50 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is beige and compact, it sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing on the glass.
The smell is is sweet with some lactose, citric peels and caramel. Hints of milk chocolate.
The taste is bitter-roasted. Chocolate, roasted nuts, orange peels, bitter herbs and toffee. Medium body. The aftertaste got passing notes of molten leaves and earth. Smooth sweetness, bitter herbs and tree sap. The finish is bitter-sweet with some toffee.
The carbonation is strong, the short lived bubbles are smooth. The liquid is semi-smooth and a bit dry.
Too brown, some off flavours. Not a favourite IPA of mine.
