The beer is a clear ruby amber beer with an off-white head that leaves lots of lacing.

A distinct smell of citric and floral hops, grape-fruit, pine some hay. Malt, molasses and some earthy aromas.

The taste begins with a modest sweetness of caramel malt, a hint of sour grape-fruit, but dominating is a good measurement off bitter hops.

A high carbonation, somewhat tingly, a medium body but a good dry finish.

Unexpectedly hoppy, a really nice beer for food and afterwards.

The colour is brown-red; the liquid clear. The two finger head is beige-red. Some lacing occurs.

The smell is bitter, dry and hoppy with notes of lemons, grapefruits, grapes and ripe apples. Some honey and flowery notes.

The taste is quite British in the character: Dry hoppy notes with a moderate bitterness. Some fruity notes of ripe apples, apricots, green grapes and a fine nutty flavour. Low body, medium bitterness. The aftertaste is quite mild with malty flavours of rye bread, bitter herbs, roasted nuts, hints of vegetables and a touch of dry toffee in the finish.
The carbonation is medium to low; the small bubbles are soft in the mouth. The liquid is light and dry.

A bit to light body for me.

Apperance: Dark amber with a impressive head.

Smell: Caramel, Pine, Citric notes, Exotic fruit.

Flavor: Pine, Chocolate, Caramel, Citric notes.

Mouthfeel: Plenty of carbonation and lots of citric bitterness with a hint of malt in the background.

Very drinkable but not mindblowing. Solid effort tho!

Appearance: Huge brown head under a brown-red liquid; lots of staying power on the head. Smells of lemon and pear. Taste is very odd with some cigarette ash, light hops, and bitterness. Mouthfeel has tons of carbonation, wouldn't seek it out again. Also a strange metallic twang.

This beer comes in a short-necked boring-looking 50 cl brown bottle. The red label's got a picture of a city skyline in black.

A: The pour is hazy red, with a hint of brown. Lots of small bubbles in the liquid. The head is a bit uneven, off-white and medium sized. The slow dissipation leaves some lacings.

S: Yeast and light roasted caramell malt. Some faint notes of dark dried fruits. Faint American floral hops gives it a piney and citric smell, but faint.

T: Dry bitter hops together with citric, piney floral ones. Roasted caramell malt, bready.

M: Aftertaste is rather long and holds nice bitterness. Medium to full body and small bubbles in the medium carbonated liquid.

D: A nice American Amber, but a bit drier than I would have guessed, still nice though.

This one really lives up to its name (Röd Påsl = Red Easter)! A very deep red, with a slightly off white thick and resilient head.

Grassy and piny hops up front in the nose, backed up by a maltiness resembling Swedish rye bread some light fruity hints as well.

Taste is rather dry, which I think doesn't go too well along with the grassy and earthly hop prescense, they kind of lean to the same side, and I dont percieve the beer to be very well balanced. Aftertaste feels almost as I've just chewed on a handfull of grass, stringy bitterness and a very chlorophyll-like touch from the hops. A slightly metallic toffee maltiness doesn't weigh up.

Mouthfeel is pretty dry with a pretty soft and gentle carbonation, a quite light body as well, makes for a refreshing drink.

Pours amber and the compact head leaves a slight lacing.

The aromas are fresh and grassy, there is a slight tint of fruit to it, citrus and peach. Aside from the fresh hop aromas there is a clear maltiness and hints of toffee. All of this was well balanced in the taste, the the body is soft and has a slight taste of brown sugar and fruits, this later falls away as the bitterness creeps forward.

It only had a light carbonation so it was a really smooth and easy to drink. This is one beer i will probably see again this easter.
