The colour is copper (20 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is off-white, it sinks quickly leaving some lacing.

The smell is mild, some malty caramel. Bitter flowery notes of rosehips, lime, lemon peels and tobacco: A pleasant blend of British and American flavours.

The taste is balanced. Semi-sweet nutty hints, fruits like apricots, tangerines and lemon curd. Medium passing bitterness, medium body. The aftertaste is smooth with some dry bitter flavours and rye bread. The finish is sweet.

The carbonation is mild, the few bubbles are mid-sized. The liquid is a bit dry.

A highly drinkable english pale ale with a touch of modern hops. Not bad at all.

A: Pours warm copper with a medium-tall white creamy head that takes some time to settle, into decent lacings.

S: Fruity and buttery, but rather mild. There is also red berries.

T: Bitter hops and nettles along with hay. Some caramell malts together with butter. Berries and fruits.

M: Aftertaste is short while body is on the thinner side. Low carbonation.

O: Not bad but not very exciting.

A: The liquid is amber colored and clear with some signs of carbonation. The head has uneven sized bubbles and is colored off-white. The head dissolves quickly and leaves some lacings on the glass.

S: The smell has dry crackers, dried hay, floral hops and biscuit malts. There is also some very faint orange peel smell if I take a deep sniff in the glass.

T: It is definitely more English than American. Floral hops, biscuits, dry crackers and grass. The bitterness is moderate and elegant. The aftertaste is more floral than bitter.

M: Light in body and low carbonation. High drinkability.

O: An nice beer that I think would pair very well with classical Swedish dishes such as "Raggmunk med fläsk" and "Pyttipanna".

Bottle from Ronnie, thanks a lot! Fast vanishing white head, along with golden yellow color.

Subtle hints of hop and copper.

Taste of bitter hops, foremost lemon, and bready malts. Also straw and pine, wrapping up the pleasant hoppiness. Carbonation is high, which leads to a very refreshing ale, with a smooth mouthfeel. A well balanced every day Pale Ale.
