Crystal amber colored win a creamy reddish head very good retention.

Citrusy and tropical hops hit the olefactor and lead into a deep caramel malt aroma. Very lovely and effevescent juicy eaters.

Creamy and rich in the moth. Big caramel and thick toffee malts through the mid palate leading to a moderately drying citrusy bubblegum finish that falls off pretty quickly. Again very juicy and great body.

Poured a great amber color, nice and deep and allowing enough light to sparkle a bit through it; decent lacing and very nice initial head. Very nice deep malty scents with a nice semi-citrus hoppy background in the nose. Great flavor, with deep malt flavors; nice caramel and toffee flavors on the low end and excellent chocolate tones, with a very nice citrus (cascade or centennial perhaps) hop profile at the end. Goes down almost too smoothly, since it's a high ABV brew. Great stuff.
(History -- named after one of the legends of where the term "Hoosier" comes from)
