Mellow setting on a Wednesday afternoon (3:30). The decor is very much like any TGIFridays. From where I sit, there are six TVs set on six different channels. I envision a busy after work crowd here.

There are nine beers on tap. I started with a special IPA. That one was mediocre. The price was nice thought: $3 for a 10 ounce pour.

No chance to try the food. Plenty of American pub food like burgers.

6 standard beers on tap augmented by several seasonal brews, the beer and food were quite good, but sadly our waitress knew very little about the beers; she didn't know what seasonals were available without leaving to get a cheat-sheet and even then seemed to get several of them mixed up when iterating the options to us. I would recommend the "spiral" flight of 6 (good for all the standards, though you can customize what to sample in the standard-sized flight glasses served in a thick plastic cutout in the shape of a ram's horn) or the "shorty" flight which consists of three 10 oz. options of your choosing.

I visited this chain brewpub on a stormy Friday night with family. It was slow, but inviting. Modern decor and prompt service helped the experience. Our server was friendly and the beers were technically very good, although there was nothing really adventurous. The red IPA was worth mentioning. Food was good, casual dining fare.

Had the Total Disorder Porter...Very good...smooth for a porter. Wife had the Blonde Ale which was more bold than expected. The price was $3 per a pint, although I would swear they were each 20 ounces!

The bartender was efficient, though not particularly pleasant. It was New Years Eve, so I suppose she hasn't overjoyed being here!

Atmosphere was what one would expect in a large chain brewery. Plenty of tv's with different sporting events.

Considering the price, and quality of the beer, we will be back.

Went to this place for a young alumni function of my undergrad institution recently. My "$" inexpensive rating applies only if you are to go on a Thursday, in which case it will be $2 pints of any of their own beers. Great deal, and the beers were pretty good. None of them have many ratings on here, so hard to judge the general response to them, but I did enjoy the porter a fair amount. Not the best I've ever had, but a solid porter nonetheless. An appetizer bar was served to our group, and I must say it was pretty good, especially the mexican-style ones, whatever they were. Worth a trip I'd say to see what it's all about. Service was exceptional. The wait staff remembered everyone in our group's name after the first serve and I never had an empty glass. Remember, go on a Thursday!

Went here after Winterfest a couple months back.

A- Big spacey room that was divided into a couple different areas. It looks like most typical corporate brewpubs with some stuff on the walls and everything painted brown and green or red....I never understood that but whatever.

Q- The quality of the beers we had were good. The beers I settled on and the samples were all well made but the bartender seemed to like pouring beers with no head to them at all.

S- The service was wonderful for the most part although the bartender didn't really seem to know a lot about the beer. She did take the time to talk to us and give us samples which was good. After making sure we were taken care of she was quick with our bills and other beers we ordered.

S- Selection was pretty good with there being some limited beers on tap along with their year around stuff. Not bad all around with the selection.

A nice place to grab a pint or two. I remember that the beers were on the cheaper end in Indy.

This location of the Ram is pretty large and like its brethren, it is decorated with lots of wood and brown paint. It is divided into a main dinning section and the bar area. The brewing equipment is on display behind glass. It has high ceilings with exposed ductwork, which is all painted black. The curving bar seats about 35. There are Lots of high top tables and booths in the bar area. There is a small sidewalk patio in the front.

They offered 3 seasonals & 6 regulars. This is the most seasonals I have ever seen at a Ram. Unfortunately they were all served in chilled glassware. They are Ram beers, you know them, you like them....

Only one bartender, so service lagged a bit. She was nice but a bit overworked. However, she did apologize for being swamped and did put on the game I wanted so no complaints!

Menu was pretty standard slightly upscale bar food. It did not have as many seafood choices as the Ram in Eugene.

Nice happy hour crowd, but the place is so large, a 35-person crowd seemed sparse.

Classic rock on the sound system it was a bit loud, but I heard Take the Highway by Marshall Tucker so extra points there!

Moved to the Indianapolis Area about 3 years ago and found this place about 5 minutes away. I am now a frequent visitor. The service is great and so is the beer. I have sampled about 12 of there different brews, and recently purchase a keg of the buttface amber. If you are a burger lover as I am, then this is the place for you. If you are up for the challenge the 5lb. burger is the way to go. Growler specials on Tuesday's and Fridays.

I consider myself lucky to have such a great brewery so close to home.

Nice place in the ceneter of downtown, just a few feet from my hotel. Had a very nice atmosphere and I definitely though it was a good place to drink. The quality was average but I am not sure it was much beyond that. I had the 6-beer sampler and I must say that the beers were fair to good. Nothing great but nothing bad. The selection was average and the service was good. The food looked good but I didn't have any. The prices were very good. I'd go back and I recommend stopping by if you are in the neighborhood.

Searched the Beerfly list for breweries and beer bars that were close to my hotel (Holiday Inn Express) across the street from Lucas Oil Field.

Ram Restaurant and Brewery turned out to be extremely close by, clocking in at a very convenient 1.1 mile drive.

Parking is in a ramp next to the brewery and cost me a buck and a half.

The restaurant itself is on the bottom floor of a much larger building and has a large white fermenter hanging over the sidewalk outside. You can't miss it.

Walking in, the atmosphere is great. There is a bar area to the right with a big screen TV that was playing Sunday night football. The other side had booths and tables for dining.

The service as good, but it was a quiet night, so it is a bit difficult to tell how things would go if the Colts were playing.

The selection was maybe a bit better than average having everything from salads, to burgers to steak, and a brew selection that ranged from lager to stout (7 in all).

The food itself was pretty average. My onion rings tasted like popcorn shrimp, and my burger was well prepared (ordered medium), but overall it was pretty good.

The meal cost about what I am used to. My bacon cheddar burger was 9.49, and my beer (a fairly average hefewiezen called "Big Horn") was 4.13.

My overall impression is that it would be a great place for lunch on the weekend, or to watch some sports.
