A- Deep brown with light tan head of 1 finger 4
S- Lots of barrel character, vanilla, oak, bourbon, slight roasted mallow notes. 4
T- Quite boozy, especially for only 7.5%. Bourbon barrel really takes hold of this thing. It's not bad, but kind of drowns out some of the flavor I was expecting. Fades to some roasted malt 3.
M- Rich and creamy. Carbonation surprisingly on the higher side for the style. 3.75
O- Not bad, but the flavor left me wanting more based on the nose. Get after it if huge whiskey flavor is your thing.

One of my first barrel aged beers and wow, it was excellent. Have had many form the bottle and one glass on tap at Elevator. (Good Food too.) Very nice mouth feel and easy finish. Not too strong on the bourbon taste but big aroma. very dark color with a nice head off the tap. I have a four pack that has aged for almost 2 years now. Need to pop one open soon.

Aroma is definitely barrel aged. The biggest thing missing is that this would be better if a Baltic Porter had been used. Decent beer.

Not bad at all, in fact I'm pretty impressed. Smooth medium to full body expresses notes of good roast, chocolate, even maybe some peanut butter. Almost a buckeye stout.

deep ruby-brownish with minimal head, after six months of cellaring it is not overly boozy, just a mellow bourbon flavor on the finish.

Very dark in color. Foamy off white head. Aroma is sweet and malty, nice smell. Relatively fruity for a porter, a little fig is noticed also. Slight tastes of chocolate and vanilla round out its flavor.
Medium bodied. Slightly boozy in the finish, but I like that part.

On draft
Almost black, very dark brown. Huge bourbon aroma, nice. Boozy and roasty taste, bold but good flavor. Medium bodied, easy to drink for the strength.
