A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity esters are present in the nose along with notes of pale malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of apples and oranges along with notes of pale malts and hints of Belgian yeast, the latter of which contribute some bits of spiciness. No bitterness is perceptible. The yeastiness seems to become stronger as the beer warms up.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and doesn't have any real dominant flavors. It seems like this would pair well with a meal.

Very white colour in the glass.
Nose is soapy, cheese flavour, not particularly pleasant.
Very bitter on the palate but quite one-dimensional. Like chewing on aloe. Offputting.
I'm not familiar with this style but would not seek this beer out again.

Bottle sample at Mondiale 2010. Medium yellow colour with a white head one-quarter inch. Creamy easy mouthfeel. Orange and yeasty aroma. Lace coating as I drink an orange citrus yeasty and spicy melange.A little acidic finish, though not bitter, making it not very drinkable though good tasting. A good Belgian pale nevertheless.

Straw colored, light, with greenish reflexes. A little hazyness. White, creamy, beautiful foam.
In the smell fresh hop, grassy and floral. Hay. Quite dry, with light note of citrus fruit, and a hint of camomile.
Good bitterness in the mouth. A malty start, and then the dry bitterness, with strong citrus fruit notes, grapefruit, maybe.
Good bitterness in the aftertaste too, again citrus notes, fresh.
Pleasant and fresh.
