Hop Revolver IPA - Mosaic | Stone Brewing. Poured from the bottle into a pint glass, the head of this brew is three fingers thick and off-white, with solid lacing, and a hazed dark gold body.
I smell earthier malts and a "catty" hop note.
Tastes also like earthier malts and catty hops with a very clean and refreshing finish. Not as bitter as one might expect upfront, either.
Medium mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
I'll rate Hop Revolver IPA - Mosaic | Stone Brewing with a 4.25 overall.

12oz bottle into tulip appears perfectly clear copper with an offwhite cap that holds well.
Aroma of fruit pith, pulp and rinds like grapefruit meets orange with grass and stanky cheese.
Tastes slightly of caramel malt, grassy, herbal and pithy with subdued tropical fruitiness and almost a touch of butter.
Medium to light in body with modest carbonation. Decent not outstanding.

Pours a clear gold color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of citrus hops, slight grass, slight floral hops, hint of sweet malt, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is a noticeable hop bitterness. Tastes of grass, floral hops, citrus hops, hint of sweet malt, slight citrus, and a slight herbal note. Overall, good appearance, body, blend, and feel.

Nice single hop IPA! Very citrusy then comes the pine! Malt is balanced in perfect with the mosaic. One of the better single hop ipas I've had. Well done Stone Brewing

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a good-sized, head of white foam. It smelled of pine needles and citrus. So much citrus. Sweet caramel taste with orange, orange and more orange. Nice bitter bite, too.

A: Pours a golden orange color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves good lacing
S: Mosaic is right up front with the citrus and some floral notes. Some malt in there as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the citrus and floral notes and then goes into a balancing malt sweetness. Moderately bitter. Finishes with lingering citrus notes
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid single-hop IPA that is nicely balanced and easy to drink. Definitely highlights the mosaic. Try some

Date: Bottled on 10/04/18, enjoyed on 11/06/18.
Appearance: Standard IPA gold with a finger of white head.
Aroma: Smells somewhat resinous with a sticky sweetness and tea like aromas. Also there is the standard pine with hints of grapefruit, a little mango, and maybe lemon.
Taste: The mosaic version does have a sweetness to it, but the massive bitterness balances it nicely. Though, when I say sweetness, I mean sweet for Stone. There is a bit of an herbal thing going on as well, which leaves a decent hop bite. I like this one, it feels like part Dogfish Head 90 Minute and part Bells Hopslam, just with less syrup like malts. The only real downside I can find here is that it feels a little more thin compared to their regular IPA or Delicious IPA, still really great beer at an economical price.
