Who wants to kick fruit out of beer? Not us. When done right, adding orange or grapefruit or tangerine can contribute a deeper level of delicious complexity to the beer. In this case, peach was the perfect complement to enhance the substantial bill of hops in this double IPA. May its reign last more than a few terms.

The beer pours a nice white head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is a good looking clear gold amber.
The smell is a fairly floral and predominantly sweet peach with a tiny bit of grapefruit bitterness underneath.
The taste is decent. It has a solid hoppy grapefruit bitterness with a slight peach tart and sugariness in the middle that comes off as cotton candy in the finish. It isn't bad but slightly detracts from the peach taste.
The feel is solid. It has a medium body with a slick feel and slight dry finish. The carbonation is tingling.
Overall, pretty good and it seems to have held up pretty well despite being in the fridge past its best by date.

L - Bronze/golden, no clarity, 1 full finger of head and lots of lacing left on the glass
S - Very hoppy, peaches
T - Lots of hops, citrus, dank, and bitter. Peaches in the aftertaste
F - Medium body and well carbonated
O - A classic Stone IPA, with some peach flavors. Actually blends well. Definitely recommend

Had at Pig & Pint, Jackson, Mississippi, on draft into plastic pint beer cup. Despite the aggressive name, I find I’M PEACH balanced and needful of a little more peach and a little more hop bite.

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark copper color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of peaches, some mango. Taste has lots of peaches, hints of mango and oranges, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.
