For Looks, this beer was really really cloudy with a yellowish color and a slight head. For the smell you could get so musty citris hops. Taste was wierd and I feel like it was somewhat english style but more booze and somehwat citrusy, very different. medium body and carbs. Overall this beer is very different like what I noted about the taste but not something I would want to drink again.

Bottled 30 days ago. Poured into a nonic pint glass. A slightly hazy golden-amber color with a pillowy white head. Nice staying power and lacing. Spicy, herbal nose - really unique for an IPA - lavender, rose petals, leather, and other earth tones, with a bit of citrus. The taste followed the nose closely. Aggressively bitter as expected but with a soft, earthy feel. The floral and leathery notes stood out to me. Medium-bodied with a smooth, graceful finish.

Always try not to review an obviously bad beer as long as the brewery will at least compensate or replace the beer in question. Not the case this time, as the brewery said they would look into the handling and sample the batch, that is all !!. This IPA was obviously bad. The aroma as I opened it smelled like S**T, literally. I gave oit the benefit of the doubt and tasted it. It tasted the same, like a spoiled saison, so funky, stinky and undrinkable that it went into the drain. 40+ different beers from Stone and the first one like this. Obviously a problem, whether handling or something else. Kind of turned me off a bit from their response. Always been a big fan of Stone and also of great customer service, too. I'll think twice before buying another anniversary beer, because overall, they have not been the better of the Stone brews and collabs.

Cool chill haze throughout the beer, very cloudy, bright yellow, chunky. Aroma was grassy hops different old world vibe to them, but New World quantities.

Taste was a real cool English style of a hoppy beer, paired with pale English malts, it works. Alcohol is hidden quite well. This one was a more unique but still very good anniversary beer Stone made, really stood out, would like to see them put it back into production one day.
