Notes / Commercial Description:
Listing for all Stone Enjoy By xx.xx.xx IPA beers.

You have in your hands a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers - especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs - we've taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA. You see, we specifically brewed it NOT to last. We've not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you're getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, we made sure that the Enjoy By date isn't randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the label, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and consumers. Instead, we've sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA.

Been wanting to try this brew for a long time. Just had a bottle of Hop Stoopid so I'll probably be comparing the two. Here goes:

A: Not what I was expecting. Pours a one-inch head, but this readily dissipates. There also doesn't appear to be a ton of carbonation. On the good side, the beer has a ton of lacing and it pours a nice orange-amber color.

S: Whatever the appearance lacked was quickly made up by the smell. This one's a beauty. Straight up pine and citrus, however the pine is spectacular. Probably the pineyist beer I've ever smelled. Tons of grassy floral notes as well. Like being in a pacific northwestern forest.

T: Taste follows the nose, making it spectacular. Lots of pine, citrus, and grapefruit. There's also a lot of malt to balance out the hops, making the beer extremely balanced. Although this beer is rather limited and somewhat expensive, buying it was one of the best decisions I've made in a while.

M: Nice and thick, but not overwhelming. Maybe could've been more carbonated.

O: A spectacular rendition of the WC IPA.
