12 fl oz bottle
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours amber with golden highlights. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves some nice lacing.
It smelled like a big, ole doobie when I poured it. After sitting for a minute I got some citrus, but the smell was still pretty dank.
The taste is dank and vegetal with light citrus. It has a bitter finish.
Light mouthfeel like a session, but more flavor
This is a solid IPA. It drinks lighter than the abv.

Pours copper, frothy head and heavy lacing. The aroma is pure malt, alcohol and sickly sweetness, wort. This is reads very old school. The malts are far too in play here. The alcohol is prominent, I get some toffee from the malts, hops are barely there. Not for me.

LOOK: Hazy orange, one finger of medium lace head.
SMELL: malt, hop, citrus, pine. Nothing too up front.
TASTE: About what you’d expect from a medium-bodied IPA and not a whole lot more.
FEEL: Medium carbonation, clean finish.
OVERALL: A good, refreshing IPA for any occasion. I dig it.

My kind niece gave me a bottle of this for xmas. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had malt mixed with bitter hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with slight citrus zeal and hints of pine resin. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Glass Hopper IPA brewed by Maumee Bay Brewing Company, with an ABV of 7.00% This American IPA pours out a hazy golden amber color with a nice white head. There is also a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. This brew was pour out of a 12oz glass bottle into a pint beer glass. The smell is rich with hop bitterness, with a mix of grassy an earthy grains and malts. So far Glass Hopper IPA has the look an smell of most American IPA'S on the market, not saying that is a bad thing. This is real nice inviting brew. Now for the taste , it is bold with flavors. You first pick up on the rich hop bitterness, mixed with light citrus an earthy grains and malts. Really refreshing, there is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a super nice balance to it. It is really hard to pick up on the 7.00% ABV in this brew, it is just that smooth. The body of Glass Hopper IPA is medium to heavy, but no to heavy. The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Hoppy, Clean, Smooth and Refreshing. Overall I am going to give Glass Hopper IPA a 4.25 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again giving the opportunity to. Maumee Bay Brewing Company, did a real nice job with this American IPA.

Really nice brew, glad to have been gifted a few bottles. Pours a honey gold color qoth a few fingers of foamy head, which leaves behind nice circles of lacing. Aromas of citrus, pine, and biscuit. Flavors of orange/lemon, honey, biscuit, and caramel. Some nice floral notes, too. I can see this one being a go-to ale, like Two Hearted is for me.
