12 oz nitro-tap pour into an imperial pint at the Horse & Plow in Kohler's American Club during the Kohler Festival of Beer.
A - Jigger pours with a gorgeous cascading resulting in a rich, creamy head and clear burnt amber brown color. Lace coats the whole glass as I drink the brew.
S - Toasted biscuity malts provide a good base wile low earthy hop tones balance out the malt nose well.
T - Toasted biscuity caramel malts add good background sweetness and are complimented by earthy, light citrus hops on the finish.
M - Smooth as velvet, creamy as churned butter and clean finishing with a dry, lightly hopped finish.
O - The fantastic balance and flavor is made even better by the supreme drinkability of this low ABV brew. A session ale with great qualities!
