An excellent Belgian strong Pale Ale with heavy note of honey (miel ) .12oz bottle poured into a Duvel Tulip.

I had never heard of it before but it's great and will buy this one again. Worth it,

Golden caramel colour. Herbal, floral and citrus aromas. The crispness and carbonation balances the higher alcohol content and slight sweetness from the honey very nicely. Flavours are of wild flower honey, orange blossom, cardomom, malt and a hint of bitter herbs. Delicious. Wish it was more readily available where I live.

Veiled honey color with storming activity. Creamy beige 3 finger sparkling head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong legs. Flavors of caramel and honey, sweet grains, wheat, citrus, Belgian yeast, coriander, floral and herbal spices. Tender sweetness with zesty sharpness. Slick and smooth medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, superb intensity and quite accessible, lingering sweet malts with a dash of honey. Low perception of alcohol, more treacherous than a Tripel. Soft delicious flavors. Very fresh and a pleasure to drink. Overall superb quality craft.
