Look is a cloudy golden orange with a frothy head.
Dry straw aroma. Funky yeast notes.
Taste is dry with orange notes. Not a typical farmhouse kinda like a hefe but more peppery.
Thin taste.

Poured from a cork and cage into a snifter, the beer is a bright, opaque, orange-gold coloring with a fluffy, bubbly, light, white head. Aromas of orange peel, subtle caramel, creamy notes, herbal highlights, floral accents, grass, and subtle yeasty funk. Pretty mild nose. Flavors are citrus forward, slightly acidic, with a blend of orange peel and lemon zest, all blending with subtle farmhouse notes of funk, an herbal blend of lemon grass, basil, and oregano, and a bready backbone. The body is full, slightly effervesced, and dry, with an herbal and citrus sweet aftertaste. The finish is bubbly and refreshing, with a lingering fruit and herb blend. Good warm weather beer.
