I really enjoyed the flavor. One try and I was hooked. During a one week visit I Enjoyed two samples and two pints. As I only drink on occasion this is my limit. Wanted to take a growler home and would have if I wasn't traveling so far. I will definitely be looking for a way to get more.

A-Like fresh brewed coffee, black and opaque, subtle light tan head 1/2 inch or so
S-Coffee bean, slightly burnt, bitter, bread, light banana taste, espresso
T-Medium to high roasted coffee, slightly bitter, low alcohol warmth, lingering taste
M-Medium mouth feel, would have liked a slightly more dense mouth feel
Overall- I would give it a B-, Pretty good overall beer, the only deficiencies I felt were the mouth feel and I would have liked to have had a little more head retention. Very Drinkable

- brewed with guatemala antigua coffee. batch 1/15/13. consumed 5/29/13.

A: Dark hersey chocolate pour shows a 2 inch dark walnut colored head that was creamy and loose. Small speckled lace.

S: Rich cocoa at first, quickly followed by a fresh roasty nature and some dark fruit skin there after. Good level of awareness.

T: Flavor is dark fruit first, followed by the chocolate and finally a roasty finale. Roasty bitterness, milky creamer, smooth.

M:, silky, rich fresh roasty coffee with a silky smooth texture and mouthful.

O: silky texture makes this so easy going down with a roasty freshness makes this a must try.
