Poured from 11.2-ounce bottle into a tulip glass. (Why not?) Crystal-clear golden color, with a soapy white head that left a little sticky lacing as it receded to a thin ring. Lots of hay and herbal grassiness on the aroma. There is a little tart-apple thing going on with the flavor profile, as well as a nice pop of bitterness. Clean, dry finish. This is far from the worst Euro pale lager out there. Refreshing and quite drinkable.

I usually don’t trust anything in a green bottle but this ones pretty good. Also a good one on tap.

Very drinkable beer. Had this in Paris. You can find it in most restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes throughout Paris - a local favorite. I enjoyed it. Very refreshing. Mildly strong grain and wheat...this beer is much better then Kronenbourg original (see my review on that one). I would seek this beer out again. A nice one for those in the mood for a 5.5 ABV lager.

I liked this one. A very tasty and drinkable lager. Not Earth shattering but quite smooth.

A really refreshing Euro Pale Lager. Here goes:

A: Good for the style. Pours clear gold with a moderate head. Lacing is especially good for the style. Wish it had more body carbonation, though.

S: Good. Hay, wheat, straw, and grass - refreshing pilsner scents. Also a fair amount of bready yeast. Only problem is a tinge of skunk (needs darker bottles).

T: Very refreshing. Helpings of straw and wheat; also yeast. What's interesting is the buttery aftertaste. Usually butter in a beer is evidence of DMSO - not so with this beer; it really complements the other flavors well.

F: Good.

O: A crisp and refreshing beer. Perfect for crushing.

Honestly I was skeptical about this, French Beer, it seems like a weird combo but let me tell you this is a nice light beer, smooth as can be and that slight peach note really adds a unique experience. Would get this again.

I summarize this up front: this beer is quite okay. Looks quite nice, smells a tiny bit Euro Lager-ish but this is quickly gone. Although it is quite densely carbonated, it is very soft and smooth in its mouthfeel and tastes quite creamy, yet nice and dry. The aftertaste leaves some unwanted CO2 flavor on your tongue, the beer would be better without it.
It is nothing unpleasant though with a kind of transparent flavor. Not a big deal, still can be a nice and refreshing drink consumed anytime.
