Yet another English-style cask ale brewed by Skebo Bruksbryggeri exclusively for Stockholm beer bars Akkurat and Oliver Twist.

The colour is gold; the liquid is clear. The finger thick head is white and compact.

The smell is rather light: Dough, metal, dried flowers. It is a bit lime-sour.

The taste is bitter with distinct sourness. Notes of wheat dough and fresh baked French loaf. Light smooth sweetness, floral flavours and some hay. Quite a lot of lemons. Medium body. The aftertaste turns quite sour with notes of lemon acid and sour fruit candy. Hints of honey. The long finish reminds of fermenting dough with bitter-sour notes.

The carbonation is smooth; the bubbles mid-sized. The liquid is creamy.

Too much acidity and dough in this one. Still not that bad.
