Pours a semi clear amber with thick, soft head.

Smell is crisp and hoppy with fruity notes of Pommac and citrus with floral and malty hints.

Taste is soft and hoppy. Nice base maltiness with a bit of sweetness and notes of knäckebröd, citrus and floral hints. Solid bitterness, and very drinkable. Clean, crisp and sessionable.

Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.

Overall, a really great bitter, made for drinking several of.

The colour is deep copper-brass (30 EBC), the liquid is clear. The two finger head is airy, uneven and off-white. It sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.

The smooth smell got notes of hay, grass and dark bread. Some fat floral notes and a touch of sweet dough.

The taste got semi-sweet malts, notes of rustic sourdough bread and a touch of caramel sauce. Growing clean bitterness. Hay, dried flowers, hits of Christmas spices and wood. Medium body. The aftertaste is bitter with some bread sweetness and a touch of dough. More floral notes, hints of dried apricots and prunes. The mild finish got some butterscotch flavours.

The carbonation is medium strong with lots of mid-sized long lived bubbles, the liquid is very smooth.

A pleasant bottled bitter, but try to find their ales on cask as they are much better.

A: Golden copper with a nice, foamy, head.

S: Fruit, Grain, Hay and some citric notes.

T: Caramel, Grain, Fruit, English hops and a hint of yeast.

M: Very balanced with malt and hops playing happily togheter. More hops in this one than the other brews from this brewery.

Very refresing and highly drinkable. I think this beer have become better lately and is so far my favourite beer from this brewery. Recommended!
