The atmosphere is you typical bar: plenty of wooden booths and bar stools, some pool table, and TVs with sports. Through a wall of glass windows you can catch a glimpse of the brew tanks.

The barbecue is high quality, featuring a sweeter Kansas City sauce, and a spicier Texas BBQ sauce--both very flavorfull. The wings, unbreaded and meaty, are great. The side, featuring greens, jicama slaw, and "smashed spuds" are all very tasty. Check out the walleye special on Friday nights.

The service is always solid, and the value is phenomenal. The house drafts of amazing microbrew are only $4. The house brews are alwasy good, especially the Alexander Russian Imperial Stout and Scottish Ale.

The specialty that brews the pop up from time to time are always top notch--The Double Dog Dare IPA a recent example. And every "Firkin Friday" features a cask-conditioned offering. The "guest" brews are always top notch craft brews, Bells and Three Floyds can often be found.

They don't bottle their beer, so it gives one more of a reason to go to the pub. I usually take two growlers home at a time.

A must for craft brew fans visiting Columbus.

We had a party of eight and everyone enjoyed their food. All of the beers were well done.

I've never been in when it's crowded, but the vibe is always very chill. Something about the decor right when you come in strikes me as weird, but the wood benches and bar are nice. Taps are mostly their own brews, but their beer is good, so I don't mind the modest selection. Really never looked at the bottles. Lots of single malts, probably second best in Columbus. Barbecue smelled awesome, but opting for lighter fare the bean veggie wrap was so-so. Service was adequate; the server brought us the right stuff, checked in twice, abc pre bussed.

They used to be called Barleys, but I dont think they were associated with the other one. The best beer (or the one I liked the best) came from this place in the Spring of 2012. Some sort of IPA, and it was very good. Beers are always good, and above average. It is a smokehouse, so the food is generally good, although I do not believe they source much local. It is family friendly and a good brewery to check out in C-Bus.
