This was a regular stop back in the day for me. Gets very busy which can be annoying. Cool little joint that has several decent beer selections to complement what I consider their best aspect - amazing sandwiches. Well worth a stop in.

I stopped in here last week on my way up north. In the cellar of Chase St Market and owned by the same people. This place was pretty busy for lunch on a Wed. I was here for the beer but also had a great sandwich as well. 24 or so taps with a focus on local. the had a beer from White Mountain and Shackett's which I hadn't seen anywhere before. Most taps were 5 bucks with a few at 6. The lone bartender was busy but attentive. I'd go back again!

My favorite sandwich shop by a mile. They also have a decent tap and bottle selection. Can get super crowded when college is in session but in the summer it's typically easy to find a seat.

Always visit this place when in Plymouth, probably my famorite subs on earth(Balboa)! Staff is always good and up beat. They have around 13 taps, with a few nice surprises on there rotating taps. Very good for a bar in New Hampshire, plus good pricing.

Great, comfortable pub. Full deli in the front, long bar and lots of tables. The tap selection is always very good, and always changing. The focus is on American craft brews, lots of New England representation, but plenty from around the country.

The bartenders are knowledgeable, and helpful. Mixed crowd, skiers, college kids, locals and snow mobilers. Good beer shop upstairs as well.

Stopped into Bieds for the first time yesterday (13DEC14) with Alewife and daughters Caitlin and Colleen after cutting down a fresh Christmas tree, also for the first time.

Walked down the hill off Main St to the entrance on the side... In and the place was long and narrow, with the deli right in front and then the bar going back a bit... Had lots of tables along the walls and way back from the bar, plus another room at the back right of the building. Had lots of brick and mortar, and old wooden beams up on the ceilings. Those beams held some cool metal serving trays on one side of the beams, and classic vinyl record albums on the other, like Abbey Road, CNYs debut, and Springsteens Greetings from Asbury Park, to name a few... Music playing was similar to what was up on the beams... They had about 16-18 drafts, and most were top-shelf offerings, like Moat Mtn, Stone, Stoneface, Longtrail and Sixpoint. Service was mostly good, though they did fudge up a couple of our food items... Food we had was pretty good, and fairly priced, all in all. Would def swing by again to quaff some quality craft bier and down a tasty, well-made sammich... Prosit!!

In downtown Plymouth, NH. Biederman's Deli is a college hang out. This the downstairs Pub and Deli (not upstairs which also serves food). The best deli sandwich shop in the Northeast, with a great selection of micro brews. Fun atmosphere. Good place to go before a music show at the Flying Monkey, just steps down the street.

Housed in the same building as Chase Street Market. This is a review of the deli part.

After perusing the beer selection, me and the family had a great sandwich here. The deli counter where you order your sandwiches is in the back. They have specials plus make your own and the prices are very fair for the quality of the food. I didn't see taps around like the previous reviewer but i was with the family so i was a bit preoccupied. Regardless, this is a good spot to grab some beers to go and some good food.

By far the best draft beer selection in the Plymouth area. They just don't have any competition in that department (unfortunately). About 18 taps, some rotating, and about half or more are craft beers. Usually a few local - Moat Mtn, Woodstock Station.

Good deli sandwiches, soups and a salad special each day. Atmosphere is good, unless the big screen is on and playing something you're not into - then it is hard to escape and certainly hard to carry on a conversation.

Great display of classic LP covers and beer trays line the ceiling. Pretty decent beer can collection - cone tops, et al. in display cases in the side room.

Hours vary depending on whether Plymouth State Univ is in session or not. Check their website for hours, daily specials, and current tap list.

I go to school in plymouth and when I heard about this place it was because of its food. But now that I am legal to drink it is just that much better. Besides the unbelievable Hand-made food, they have a nice selection of beers. They always have about twelve taps of varying beers that are always top quality, and a great assortment of bottles if you feel like somthing else (again quality beers). The atmosphere is great. If they aren't playing some great old rock or some jam band they have the big game playing on the ENORMOUS plasma HD tube, or on wendsdays from 4 to 6 you can come in for movie night with a different movie playing each time not to mention the free popcorn and $2 draughts. And if that isn't enough they have a market upstairs called Chase Street Market (which I shal creat a beer fly very soon for) that has an unbelievable selection of beers and all types of differnt foods. This place is a great establishment... and did I mention on your birthday you can get a free sub of your choice. What will they come up with next.

I am kind of partial to this place as I went to college in Plymouth. They usually have 13 or 14 beers on tap that vary from Bud to Old Speckled Hen. My favorite part was the rotating local brews that they had. I have to say that this is the place where I first learned the difference between crap beer and great beer.
The food here, although it is only sandwiches and soups, is top notch. Everything is made by hand to order. We have often thought of trying to open something like this in Boston, but not sure how well it would go over.
