A: Pours with a very dense, creamy foam. Lingers quite a while. Slightly hazy golden hue.
S: Good aroma, but not very powerful. Hints of the banana, but not a great deal more.
T: Taste brings out the banana, with honeydew melon and citrus. Might be some hints of coriander in there, too. All the flavors do blend well.
M: Buttery. Very, very smooth.
D: This is a very drinkable Belgian style ale, in the Americanized sense. With a slightly lower alcohol level, you can drink this one without getting the KO punch from a high gravity Belgian.

Spicy and robust taste, but lacks the vigor of a Belgian ale. A semi smoothness to the tongue and a semi fragrant smell, the brew is golden brown in color like most Belgian ales. The spicy and peppery taste is something new to myself, but not something that I would frequently drink for this very reason.
