Poured into a pilsner glass as a slender makeshift stange.
A pale lemon yellow body clear as all get out with constant rising carbonation. Very good retention foamy cap of white and even some sticky clumps on the glass.
Smell is predominantly baked bread, as buttered on with sweetness from a bakery, maybe even like a white cocoa. Interesting.
Taste is really weird, but with a big toasted bread sense on the finish. Palate is just dry DRY and grain, extremely medicine bitter, with grassy sense and not tasting hop bitter. Light bodied almost wet but dry palate scorching extremely dry in feel.
Kind of a strange one, seems like it would have been alright but this is pretty strange tasting Kolsch. I'll pass.

Look: It pours amber with a bit of haze. It has an off white head. Head retention is excellent.
Smell: It has a sweet grainy character with herbal and grass up front. There is a very slight cherry character in the background.
Taste: It has grainy sweet malt in the front with some herbal elements in the background, but not much else.
Feel: It has a medium light body with medium high carbonation.
Overall, it lacks the other elements and crispness of a kolsch, but has some decent flavors.

Decent, but I wouldn't pay for it.
