A: Pours a slightly hazy light honey color with a small head that fades quickly.
S: Coriander and wheat dominate the aroma with a touch of lemon grass and floral notes.
T: Wheat makes up the body of the flavor with coriander coming in a close second. There is definite yeast flavor that comes on a bit to strong.
O: Can't say this is my favorite witbier but it's not a bad brew.

Poured from bottle
L: Clear, straw yellow. The head blooms nicely on the pour, but dissipates quickly, leaving only a fine lacing.
S: Pear and the odd impression of vanilla cake.
T: Mild citric acidity. Clean, vaguely spicy finish. Not very complex.
F: Hard to call it undercarbed, but that is the feeling. The body feels very thin, even watery at first. Only the finishing rush of fine bubbles gives it any character.
O: Pretty underwhelming. I'm the first to admit this isn't my style of choice, but it feels like a lightweight entry in the category. Probably great on a hot day in the sun, but difficult to recommend against stiff competition.
Pair with warm cheesy sandwiches, radish salads, fresh strawberries
