a: shaker pint serving, dark brown in color with deep red hues, capped with a thin but well-retained head

s: heavily caramelized malt and toasted sugars, sweet fruits, subtle roast adds a nice offset, big and malty while maintaining good order, mild earthy hop aroma

m: carbonation on the lighter end and smooth, with a satisfyingly full, malty body

t: a richly malt-forward body, lots of toffee, dark toasted sugar, sweet fruits, delicate toasted/roasted malt, and an earthy hop flavor, mild but balancing bitter, like this

d: no problem, a quality red ale that drinks well

tap

Pours a reddish amber color with a whitish head that dissipates to a lacing.

Smells of coppery grains.

Flavor of lagery grains with mild hop bitterness. A bit toasty with some mild sugars round it out.

Moderate body with sharp tingly carbonation over the roof of the mouth.

Decent ale, enjoyable and flavorful, hits the spot.
