Perfectly clear yellow-gold color under a small, sticky white head that deposits some quality lacing behind on the glass. Flowery, peppery, phenolic aroma over some pears and a lightly sweet pale malt base. Phenolic, mildy fruity flavors balanced by a crackery malt finish. Light and super refreshing...dry and snappy. Solid, sessionable little Belgian ale here.

A: Very clear light gold color with a medium bubbly white head. Lace is spotty.

S: Floral scents, lemon, soapy fresh, bright and refreshing.

T: Crisp, clean bread/cracker malts, subtle fruity hop flavors reminiscent of melon and lemon. (Not sour).

M: Slick, smooth texture, and light body. Very suck downable.

O: This is a pleasant refreshing easy drinking beer with Belgian nuances.
