A: Orange and pretty much clear, but probably only until I pour the rest of the bottle in my glass. Head is medium sized initially, then fairly small thereafter. Lace is too slick to form anything permanent.
S: Aroma is very evenly 'Belgian Saison'. Bright with candy lemon and some wheaty twang. Nice fresh bread graininess.
T: Amplified version of the smell. Lemony citrus, wheat sourness, and flowery. Full of flavor. Big fresh grains.
M: Surprisingly chewy. Good body and carbonation.
O: A good option if your in the Saison wheat Belgian mood.

12oz. Golden pour, not the most carbonation, but a finger of white that retained quite well.
Aroma, very corny and some caramel malt. Some hay and corriander. A little strange for a Saison. The weakest point to me.
Taste, a little sweet up front, with some of that add corny lager taste. But there is an herbal edge that cuts through. Some hoppy bitterness. Just minimal yeast and funk notes.
Well carbonated, easy to drink. Like some sort of session Saison. Definetely a bit different. Maybe only worth trying once for a purist.

A - light orangish gold with a thin lacing of white head
S - creamy, pear, a bit tart
T - creamy, vinegary, pear, apple
M - medium bodied, well carbonated
There was definitely something off about this beer. It was full of off flavors bordering on undrinkable. I would like to get my hands on another bottle of this to compare an untainted version, but for now I'm turned off.

by wedge from North Carolina
Golden yellow with a small, creamy white head on top that ends up being a patchy covering for awhile and eventually, nothing. Clean Belgian yeast, dried banana, floral notes, and a funky lemony sweetness in the nose. Fruity, lightly tart, yeasty flavor leading to some fresh grain, hay, and lingering peppery hops. A very crisp easily drinkable Saison in more of the historical, refreshing style. A bit more malty sweetness as it warms. Light, yet sturdy body and effervescent with some bitterness sticking to the tongue. Maybe a little too clean, but this would be great on a warm day.
