Light in body and modest in its strength, what the beer gives up in its slight stature sure makes up lost ground with flavor intensity as its sour fruit flavor has no problem with it's smack across the face.

Mouth watering aromas flood the olfactories with its piquant sour cherry and lime aromas. Its mystical mauve hues cast the same cherry influence to the eye as it does to the senses. As its sharp acidity creeps onto the tongue, its in debate whether the face is going to stick that way or not.

Sour lime, crabapple, dry white wine and slight vinegar give the cherry a swift undertow of sourness and brightness. Shy of champagne-type of bubbles, its carbonation is excited and highlights the sour and mineral character well. Earthy with dry hay, saddle leather, wool and burlap all billow up from the beer's depth and give lasting impressions a sweaty character.

Its light body and dry effervescence ensures a crisp and clean finish. But its supreme acidity virtually strips the enamel from the teeth while its thinning washes the thirst from the palate with utter ease- leaving behind a brief finish of cherry and a quick echo of wheat.

Floral and lactic, with notes of acetic acid and bruised cherry.

Flavor is very sour, with acetic acid leading, hints of barrel and cherry adding complexity, and becoming lactic as the bready malt kicks in mid palate. The finish is a touch dry and woody. Barnyard, musty funk is subtle, but surfaces late.
