Fantastic dark sour aged in Pinot noir barrels. Perfect mix of moderate weight, hint of sweet and sour in perfectly ripe stone fruits.

The beer has a full tartness. Dark fruit, berries, and cranberries come up afterwards Then onto apple cider vinegar, a touch of red wine, and then a slightly porter roasted malt quality.
