Comes out of the tap a hazy golden honey amber with a thick, fine-bubbled off-white head. Richly hoppy aroma has hints of evergreen and grapefruit. Strong, hoppy, slightly bitter flavor has an undertone of sour citrus, mostly grapefruit but including a hint of orange. Smooth, lively, fizzy texture leaves tingly and pleasantly sour finish.

Appearance: Lightly hazed, deep, dark copper body with a fine coating of near white foam.

Smell: Brightly aromatic and smelling of moist, juicy grapefruits and lemons, hand-picked flowers, and industrial grade resin, with no more than a modest maltiness underneath.

Taste: Hearty pale malts, lightly bready and with a smattering of caramel and--GAH! Then, there's a hypersonic blast of bitterness followed by a roll call of hop flavors: sharp floral, jutting citrus, and caustic resin. Finishes dry with a long, long bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium-plus carbonation.

Drinkability: A bold, hop-packed beer that's surely not for the feint of heart. A good option for fans of the hop.
