Pour light golden, one finger head, nice retention.
Smells nice, sweet grainy malts, spicy, herbal hops, faint lemon. Like a tad sweeter pilsener.
Taste starts with sweet malts along with some unwanted corn and malt syrup, backed by citrus. Spicy herbs and floral notes, pilsener hops with a decent enough bitterness, faint hint of metal.
Light body, medium carbonation, easy to gulp, just a bit of lingering corn in the aftertaste disturbing.
Not horrible, not good, expected a bit more from Het Anker, even if it's the usual 0.25l cheap Belgian pils.
