Pours a golden amber color, frothy white pillow of head and great retention and lacing. Scent is floral forward with mingling notes of citrus and pine, malts are sweet and biscuity. Taste has a big floral and bitter push of piney and citrus hops, the muted, lightly sweet malt backbone almost makes the beer slightly watery towards the end, leaving an impression of a hop-tea more than a beer. Lighter side of medium bodied, somewhat dry finish, as mentioned above, watery at times. Some positive notes, but lacks in focus.
