Bottle at Session 99, maybe the highlight of the festival

Deep copper amber colour, off white head, some lacing left behind on the glass. Smell is of bourbon and oak, big malt presence, touch of caramel and brown sugar, smokey notes come through quite nice and very balanced. Taste is bourbon up front, nice chewy malt, slight sweet notes, vanilla, lots of smoke is present throughout, quite balanced, almost no alcohol is detected. Mouthfeel is creamy, soft and very smooth, lightly carbonated and full bodied. This was pretty awesome, the use of oak worked very well here, probably the best offering ever from these guys.
